Bayan News – International media have reported that Xi Jinping, the President of China, has arrived in the United States today, Thursday (November 15th), after six years.
According to Reuters, the Chinese President will meet with Joe Biden, the President of the United States, at an undisclosed location in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Following this meeting, the Chinese President will attend the annual summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum.
Reuters reports that despite international and regional disputes, economic issues are at the forefront of discussions between the Chinese and US presidents.
US officials consider the visit of the Chinese President to the United States as effective in reducing competition and emphasize that it may prevent further deterioration of the two countries’ relations.
