After the visit of US Secretary of State Anthony Blink to China, President Biden called the President of China shameful and a dictator in a gathering.
According to international media, Biden, who was speaking during the campaign fundraiser in California, added that the Chinese president was embarrassed by the recent tensions regarding the spy balloons that entered the United States.
“The reason he was so upset when I decided to shoot down the balloon full of spy equipment was because he didn’t know it was there,” Biden said.
The Chinese government has not yet reacted to these statements by the American president.
However, the US Secretary of State recently visited China after five years and during this trip he met and talked with senior Chinese officials.
Blinken confirmed that progress has been made in reducing tensions between the two countries and that China is ready for negotiations to reduce these tensions.
