24-Year-Old Afghan Girl Conquers Nepal’s Highest Peak

Bayan News – It has been reported that Saeeda Sadat, as the first Afghan mountaineer, successfully reached the summit of Yalung Ri, a 5,630-meter peak in Nepal, three days ago.

According to published reports, Ms. Sadat is the first Afghan girl to reach Nepal’s highest peak.

Saeeda Sadat, who has been engaged in mountaineering in various parts of the world in recent years, managed to become the conqueror of Nepal’s highest peak along with two American climbers and two Nepali guides.

She started her journey in early October and reached the summit of Yalung Ri in Nepal on October 18th.

Saeeda Sadat’s success has been warmly received by users of social networks, praising her efforts to uphold the name of Afghanistan.

She continues to be active as one of the few female mountaineers from Afghanistan in other sports and artistic fields such as taekwondo, painting, and declamation. From a young age, she has also been fighting for women’s rights in Afghanistan.
