Israel-Hamas Conflict: Russia Warns of Regional War

Bayan News – Simultaneously with the ongoing airstrikes and ground attacks by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip, Vasily Nebenzya, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, has warned of the escalation of regional wars.

Nebenzya stated on Wednesday evening (November 1) that a possible Israeli ground operation would not only be catastrophic for the two million residents of Gaza but could also ignite the entire region.

On the other hand, in a statement released on Friday morning (November 2) by Israeli helicopters, it was mentioned that a ground attack on Gaza is imminent, and residents of the northern area should quickly move to the south of Gaza.

Following that, the Israeli army unveiled its plan to penetrate Beit Hanoun, Um Al-Nasr, Beit Lahia, and Al-Tawam in northern Gaza.

According to this plan, the Israeli army will advance towards the Al-Zaytoun area, and from the “Hajar Al-Dik” street to the “Salah Al-Din” street.

After Hamas launched attacks on Israeli cities and towns surrounding the Gaza Strip on October 7, Israel has subjected the area to intense bombardment and is preparing for a ground invasion.

According to Israeli officials, Hamas’s attacks have resulted in the death of 1,400 people and the capture of 240 Israelis.
