Entry of over 300 foreign citizens into Afghanistan within a week

Bayan News – The National Statistics and Information Office has announced that during the past week, 325 foreign citizens have entered Afghanistan through the country’s ports and airports.

In a statement, the office stated, “The Directorate of Civil Registration of the National Statistics and Information Office has registered the entry of 325 and the exit of 279 foreign citizens through ports and airports during the past week.”

However, following the collapse of the republican system and the rise of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, the number of foreign citizens traveling to visit historical sites in the country has decreased.

Some countries have advised their citizens to refrain from traveling to Afghanistan due to security threats.

On the other hand, it is reported that over the past two years, more than three thousand foreign citizens have visited historical sites and various provinces of Afghanistan without encountering any security issues.
