Armed attack on an Iranian military base in Sistan and Baluchestan; 11 security officers killed

Bayan News – According to Iranian media reports, in a terrorist attack on an Iranian military facility in Sistan and Baluchestan, 11 security officers of the country have been killed.

This armed attack took place on Saturday morning (15 December) in the Rask district of Sistan and Baluchestan.

Iranian officials have stated, “Unfortunately, in this attack, approximately 11 personnel, including senior officers and soldiers, have been martyred.”

It is also reported that seven other Iranian security officers have been injured in this attack, and the condition of some of these wounded individuals is reported to be critical.

The responsibility for this attack has been claimed by the Jaish al-Adl group.

The Rask district is located in the southern part of Sistan and Baluchestan, bordering Pakistan.
