According to this report, Trump’s lawyers had promised to seek a review immediately from the U.S. Supreme Court, which has the final say on constitutional matters.
In response to this ruling, Alina Habba, Trump’s legal spokesperson, wrote in a tweet: “This ruling issued by the Colorado Supreme Court attacks the heart of democracy in this country. It will not stand, and we believe that the Supreme Court will overturn this unconstitutional order.”
