Bayan News – According to American media reports, Donald Trump, the former President of the United States, has been removed from the list of presidential candidates by an order of the Colorado Supreme Court.

With this court ruling, Donald Trump has been disqualified and removed from the preliminary list of presidential candidates in the United States.

According to the Associated Press, the court stated in its ruling: “The majority of the court believes that Trump is disqualified from holding the presidency under the 14th Amendment.”

According to this report, Trump’s lawyers had promised to seek a review immediately from the U.S. Supreme Court, which has the final say on constitutional matters.

In response to this ruling, Alina Habba, Trump’s legal spokesperson, wrote in a tweet: “This ruling issued by the Colorado Supreme Court attacks the heart of democracy in this country. It will not stand, and we believe that the Supreme Court will overturn this unconstitutional order.”
