Iran’s Foreign Minister: Continued support from the US and Britain for Israel is the main factor in the spread of instability in the region
Bayan News – Amir-Abdollahian, the Foreign Minister of Iran, stated in a telephone conversation with his British counterpart that the continued support from the US and Britain for Israel is the main factor in the expansion of instability in the region.
The Iranian Foreign Minister wrote on X platform on Monday night (December 31) that he had a phone conversation with David Cameron, the Foreign Secretary of Britain.
He added that during the talk with his British counterpart, he considered the continued support of the US, Britain, and some Western governments for the Israeli government in Gaza and the Palestinian coast as the main factor in the expansion of instability in the region.
Abdollahian continued to warn the British Foreign Secretary about the serious consequences of continuing support for the Israeli government in the region.
He emphasized in this phone call that the international community should take decisive actions to stop the Israeli massacre in the Gaza Strip.
This phone conversation comes as six boats belonging to the Houthi militants in Yemen were targeted by US naval forces in the Red Sea earlier today.
US officials have stated that ten Houthi militants were killed in this incident.
