Taliban Defense Minister Holds Meeting with Deputy Amir of Qatar and Several Regional Defense Ministers

Bayan News – The Ministry of Defense of the Taliban has reported a meeting between Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, the acting minister of defense, and several other regional defense ministers with the Deputy Amir of Qatar.

In a newsletter issued this evening on Tuesday (March 4), the ministry stated that in this meeting, the defense minister, the chief of staff of the Qatari army, and defense ministers from regional countries discussed and deliberated on strengthening bilateral cooperation and enhancing relations between countries.

Following this meeting, the defense minister and the chief of staff of the Taliban visited the military industries exhibition in Qatar, where various military equipment from different companies were showcased.

Yesterday, the defense minister and the chief of staff of the Taliban arrived in Doha with the aim of participating in the military industries exhibition and holding discussions with Qatari officials.
