Taliban labels Israel’s attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus as provocative
Bayan News – The Taliban’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reacted and condemned the Israeli airstrike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, the capital of Syria.
In a statement released today, Tuesday (April 2nd), the ministry stated that this action is provocative and will lead to regional insecurities.
The Taliban’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues to denounce the Israeli airstrike as a gross violation of diplomatic norms.
It should be noted that in the Israeli airstrikes on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, seven diplomats, including three commanders of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, were killed.
Several countries in the region have condemned this Israeli act and labeled it a violation of diplomatic conventions.
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Pakistan, and Oman have strongly condemned this attack.
Meanwhile, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has summoned the Swiss ambassador in Tehran and sent an important message to the United States.
