Bayan News – According to international media reports, the UK Parliament has approved a controversial plan to deport illegal refugees to Rwanda in its latest move.
With the approval of this plan, migrants who have entered the UK through illegal means will be transferred to Rwanda under this legislation.
According to British officials, the process of deporting illegal refugees will begin in July.
However, the House of Lords recently voted to exempt former Afghan government military personnel and former British forces translators from being deported to Rwanda.
Nevertheless, based on this legislation, refugees listed for transfer to Rwanda can request a reconsideration if they are deemed to be at “real, immediate, and irreparable risk of significant harm” upon deportation, and the court will make a decision in this regard.
