Bayan News – French President Emmanuel Macron says his country is cooperating with the United States and Israel to prevent war with Hezbollah in Lebanon.
The French president made these remarks on Thursday, June 13th, during his trip to Italy to attend the G7 summit, adding that France, the US, and Israel have agreed to work together.
Macron told reporters, “We have reached an agreement with the United States on the principle of a trilateral contact group, between Israel, the United States and France, to advance the roadmap we had proposed, and we will do the same with the Lebanese authorities.”
France and the United States have recently been trying to prevent the escalation of the war between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
However, the war between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon has reached its highest level. Yesterday, Hezbollah in Lebanon fired at least 150 rockets into northern Israel, which was the largest missile attack on Israel of its kind.
