Taliban Political Official: No One’s Dictate is Accepted in Afghanistan

Bayan News – Maulawi Abdul Kabir, the Taliban’s Deputy Prime Minister, in his recent remarks, accused some regional countries of “biased” propaganda against Afghanistan.

Maulawi Abdul Kabir, who was speaking at the ceremony to announce the results of the 1403 Konkur exam on Sunday (July 21), added that some regional countries are engaging in propaganda against the Taliban based on inaccurate information or their own interests.

This Taliban political official said: “No one’s dictate is accepted in Afghanistan; instead of false claims and accusations, the focus should be on realities and creating opportunities for the expansion of cooperation so that joint cooperation can emerge from these opportunities.”

Maulawi Abdul Kabir claimed that the Taliban currently have 40 political representations outside of Afghanistan.

He further added: “(The Taliban) are trying to have good relations with neighboring and regional countries based on their economic-oriented policy, but this position should not be considered a weakness.”

These remarks come as some Iranian and Pakistani officials have recently expressed concern about the activities of terrorist groups in Afghanistan.

A member of the Iranian parliament recently said that terrorist groups control the borders of Afghanistan and Pakistan.
