An Irishman Fined €10,000 for Racist Remarks Against an Afghan
Bayan News – It has been reported that an Irish landlord was fined €10,000 for racist threats against his Afghan tenant.
According to reports published on Sunday (August 4th), this Irishman threatened to evict his Afghan tenant from the house and the country.
The relevant authorities in Ireland considered the behavior of this Afghan landlord as blatant racism and discrimination against the tenant.
The published reports stated that Aidan Corless, the landlord, had added that Erfanullah Rafi, the tenant, should be deported from this country instead of trying to obtain benefits from the government.
However, the relevant authorities in this country ruled that this statement by the landlord was “blatant racism” and discriminatory.
