Putin Grants Citizenship Documents to Foreigners Who Oppose Western Policies

Bayan News – Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree that, according to which, temporary citizenship documents will be granted to foreign individuals who oppose Western neoliberal policies and flee their countries.

According to the state-run TASS news agency, under this decree, these foreign individuals will have the right to apply for temporary residence permits in Russia outside the approved government quota and without providing documents that confirm their knowledge of the Russian language, Russian history, and the country’s constitution.

The report states that Putin’s decree says that the application for temporary residence permit under this framework should be based on the rejection of policies that aim to “impose destructive neoliberal ideals on the people.”

Putin described neoliberal ideals as being in conflict with Russia’s traditional spiritual and moral values, and stated that traditional values prevail in the foundations of Russia’s state policy in this area.

According to TASS, these values are outlined in the foundations of Russia’s state policy in this regard.
