Bayan News – The Taliban’s Ministry of Information and Culture announced on Tuesday (September 10) that Mawlavi Khairullah Khairkhwa, the minister of this ministry, has traveled to Russia.
According to the ministry’s statement, Khairkhwa’s visit is taking place at the official invitation of Russia.
The ministry stated that Khairkhwa will participate in the “Forum of Cultures of the Union” in Russia.
This meeting is scheduled to be held from September 21 to 24 in the city of Saint Petersburg, Russia.
It is worth noting that, although Russia has not recognized the Taliban government, it has established close relations with them.
