Bayan News – The White House announced that President Joe Biden was informed of Israel’s attack on Iran and is closely monitoring the latest developments.
According to published reports, the Israeli military attacked military targets in the provinces of Tehran, Khuzestan, and Ilam with dozens of fighter jets.
As further details of this attack were released, U.S. media reported that following the assault, the defense ministers of the United States and Israel held discussions.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military named the operation against Iran “Days of Response,” stating that its targets were missile production facilities used to attack Israel.
This is the first time Israel has claimed responsibility for an attack on Iran and has detailed the specifics of its military operation.
Daniel Hagari, spokesperson for the Israeli military, warned that if the Islamic Republic makes a “mistake” and further escalates tensions, Israel will respond.
He stated, “I can now confirm that Israel’s response to Iran’s attacks against Israel has concluded.”
