Trump and Harris Officially Conclude Election Campaigns
Bayan News – With just two days remaining until the U.S. presidential election, candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump have concluded their campaign events.
According to American media, Ms. Harris held her final rally in Michigan, where she addressed Black and Arab-American communities, emphasizing the importance of unity and cooperation.
She described the election as a “new beginning” for America, and in her closing remarks, she highlighted key Democratic positions, particularly calling for a ceasefire in Gaza—a significant issue for Arab-Americans—and defending abortion rights, a crucial matter for women and young voters.
Mr. Trump, meanwhile, held his final rally in Pennsylvania, where he stressed that America has become a “failing nation” and urged his supporters to join his campaign to “Make America Great Again,” his signature slogan.
“We are two days away from the most important election in our nation’s history,” he said. “We must save our country; it needs saving—it’s in a very bad state.”
The 2024 U.S. presidential election will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, November 5.
