Bayan News – Sources in Bamyan Province have reported the murder of a father and son in the Kahmard district of the province.
On Saturday (December 14), the sources stated that unidentified armed individuals killed a father and his son the previous day in the village of Ruy-e-Sang in Kahmard district.
Local officials confirmed the incident and stated that one individual has been arrested in connection with the case.
The media office of Bamyan’s governor released a statement indicating that the father and son were killed due to “personal disputes,” and one suspect has been detained in relation to the incident.
However, over the past week, approximately ten people have been killed in various incidents across six provinces of Afghanistan.
Since the Taliban took power in Afghanistan, the rate of criminal activity has increased in many areas, particularly in central regions.
