Israeli Fighter Jets Conduct Airstrikes on Various Parts of Yemen

Bayan News – International media have reported that Israeli fighter jets bombed several areas in Yemen, including Sana’a and the port of Al Hudaydah.

According to reports, the Israeli military carried out these attacks early Thursday morning (December 19).

The Al-Masirah TV channel, affiliated with Yemen’s Houthis, reported that Israeli airstrikes in Sana’a targeted two central power plants in the north and south of the city.

Other Yemeni media outlets reported that Israel conducted four strikes on the port of Al Hudaydah, two of which targeted oil facilities.

These attacks reportedly resulted in several casualties and injuries among employees at the oil facilities.

However, the Israeli military stated that the strikes were precise and aimed at Houthi military targets in Yemen, including ports and energy infrastructure in Sana’a.

According to the Israeli military, these targets were being used by Yemen’s Houthis for military purposes.

This comes as, hours before the attacks, the Israeli military announced that it had intercepted a missile launched from Yemen.
