The United Nations Security Council will hold a meeting tomorrow on Afghanistan
Bayan News -The UN’s Political and Peacebuilding Affairs Office announced the convening of the Security Council meeting on Afghanistan.
The office stated on the X platform that the meeting will take place on Thursday, March 6th, where Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, Otunbayeva, will speak.
Further details regarding the meeting have not been provided. However, permanent members of the Security Council had previously held closed-door sessions on Afghanistan a few days ago.
