The Israeli Army Targets a Meeting of Senior Hezbollah Leaders in Lebanon

Bayan News – American media reports that the Israeli army targeted a meeting of senior Hezbollah leaders in the Dahieh area, south of Beirut, in the early hours of Friday (October 4).

According to the New York Times, three Israeli officials stated that Hashem Safieddine, a potential successor to Hassan Nasrallah, the former Secretary General of Hezbollah, was also present at this meeting.

However, both the Israeli army and Hezbollah have not officially commented on this attack.

Simultaneously, international media have reported hearing several loud explosions in Beirut.

Additionally, Reuters has reported that a large explosion was heard near Beirut Airport.

In recent days, Israel has intensified its air and ground attacks on areas in Lebanon.
