It has been reported that two 25-year-old men committed suicide at the same time in Badakhshan and Ghor provinces this Sunday morning (April 16).
Moazuddin Ahmadi, the head of information and culture of Badakhshan province, said that a 25-year-old young man committed suicide this morning in the new city of Faizabad, the capital of Badakhshan province.
This young man, who was a businessman, committed suicide due to family problems and separation from his wife.
At the same time, the security officials of Ghor province also published a news letter and said that a 25-year-old youth hanged himself and ended his life in Bagh Naw village of Tiura district of this province.
The authorities considered the cause of this suicide to be psychological problems.
Recently, the suicide rate among Afghan youth has increased.
During the last few months, a number of young people in different provinces have committed suicide due to family, economic and poverty problems.
