Bayan News – The Saudi Ministry of Tourism has announced that the country has achieved the second rank globally in terms of the growth rate of inbound tourists in the first seven months of 2023.
According to Al Arabiya, based on the global tourism report “Barometer” published by the World Tourism Organization last September, Saudi Arabia has recorded a growth rate of 58 percent compared to the same period in 2019.
These results indicate the remarkable achievements that Saudi Arabia has made in the tourism sector and its promotion on the global stage in this vital sector.
On the other hand, the official Saudi news agency “WAS” reported the latest achievements, which included Saudi Arabia’s hosting of World Tourism Day activities on September 27th and 28th in Riyadh.
This success elevates Saudi Arabia’s position as a prominent global tourism destination because the significant increase in the number of inbound tourists reflects the travelers’ confidence in Saudi Arabia’s attractive tourism options and their diversity.
