Hundreds of People Killed in Israeli Airstrike on a Hospital in Gaza
Bayan News – International media outlets have reported a deadly Israeli military airstrike on a hospital in Gaza, stating that hundreds of people, including women and children, have been killed.
A Gaza civilian activist told Al Jazeera television network that Al-Ahli Al-Arabi Hospital was targeted in an airstrike on Tuesday (October 17th), resulting in the loss of over 300 lives.
Health officials in Gaza have also stated that at least 500 people, including women and children, have been killed or injured.
Representatives from several Islamic countries, including Iran’s Foreign Minister, have condemned the Israeli military airstrike and called for solidarity among the international community against Israel, which they deem more detestable than ISIS.
In response to the attack, Mahmoud Abbas, the self-governing head of Palestine, has refrained from meeting with Joe Biden, which was scheduled to take place in Amman.
It is worth mentioning that the conflict between Israel and Palestinians has entered its thirteenth day, with the clashes intensifying between both sides each passing day.
According to the reported figures, in the past two weeks, approximately 3,000 unarmed Palestinians have been killed or injured in Israeli airstrikes.
