The leader of the Islamic Emirate appointed new governors for five provinces

The leader of the Islamic Emirate, Mulahbatullah Akhundzadah, has appointed new governors for the provinces of Kandahar, Kunar, Nuristan, Jawzjan and Baghlan.
The new appointment decree of the leader of the Islamic Emirate was issued on Thursday (May 4), and in this decree, Mohammad Ali Hanafi, the former deputy of strategic intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, was appointed as the governor of Kandahar.
According to this decree, Abdul Rahman Haqqani has been appointed as the governor of Baghlan, Gul Haider Shafiq as the governor of Jawzjan, Bashir Ahmad Haqqani as the governor of Nuristan and Ayub Khaled as the governor of Kunar.
The leader of the Islamic Emirate has also appointed new people in military positions, including the commander of the army corps and the deputy minister of the interior.
