Caretaker government in Kabul halts all activities of Swedish organizations in Afghanistan

In response to the burning of the Holy Quran in Sweden, the caretaker government in Kabul has banned all activities of Swedish organizations in Afghanistan.
Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the caretaker government, said in a statement on early Wednesday morning that as long as an apology is not demanded from Muslims for this act, the Islamic Emirate prohibits the activities of Swedish organizations in Afghanistan, and the relevant organizations are also obliged to act as quickly as possible.
According to Mujahid, the Islamic Emirate still urges other Muslim countries to reconsider their interactions with Sweden following this disrespectful act.
Last week, some far-right extremists, with the permission of a court in Sweden, burned a copy of the Holy Quran. Some Islamic countries, including Iran, refrained from sending their ambassadors to Sweden in connection with this act.
