More than 300 Afghan citizens have been transferred from Pakistan to Canada.

Bayan News – The Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Directorate has announced that on March 8, 333 Afghan citizens were transferred to the country on a charter flight from Pakistan.

The Canadian agency wrote on the X platform that these Afghan citizens have been relocated to Calgary.

According to the Canadian Immigration Department, the newly transferred Afghan citizens will be moved to 33 different locations.

The Canadian institution has stated that the process of reviewing pre-received asylum applications has been ongoing, and the transferred individuals have also met the requirements.

In the past two years, Canada has relocated its local collaborators, human rights activists, and vulnerable journalists.

According to the statistics of the Canadian Immigration Department, humanitarian visas have been granted to at least 40,000 individuals from Afghanistan, providing a safe environment for migrants.
