Bayan News – Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, stated that he is willing to mediate between Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran if needed.
Putin made these remarks on Friday (October 18) during a press conference, saying that Russia is prepared to mediate between Israel and Iran, two countries that are fierce enemies.
The Russian President emphasized that although this task seems difficult, it is not impossible.
He said, “We are in contact with Israel and Iran. We have completely trustworthy relations with both countries, and we would like this endless exchange of blows to stop at some point.”
Putin also told reporters that ways must be found to resolve the situation in a manner that satisfies both sides.
The Russian President added, “To answer this question, a compromise must be sought, and the question is whether it is possible in the current circumstances. I think it is.”
He emphasized that no matter how difficult it may be, he believes it is possible.
