Two Afghan Citizens Killed at the Border with Iran
Bayan News – Sources reported on Friday (November 22) that two Afghan citizens were killed in a shooting by Iranian border forces.
According to the sources, one other person was injured in this incident.
Based on the information provided, these Afghan citizens, residents of Laghman province, were shot by Iranian border forces while attempting to enter Iran illegally.
It is reported that the injured individual has been transferred to Kabul for medical treatment.
Neither Taliban nor Iranian officials have commented on the incident.
Recently, there were also reports of deadly shootings targeting Afghan citizens on Iranian soil. Iran denied these reports, but a Taliban delegation assigned to investigate confirmed the deaths of two people and injuries to 34 others.
