On the Verge of a Ceasefire Agreement in Lebanon, Hezbollah Launches Its Largest Rocket Attack

Bayan News – Amid intensified diplomatic efforts to establish a ceasefire in Lebanon, Hezbollah launched approximately 250 rockets and projectiles toward Israel last night (November 24).

This attack, one of Hezbollah’s largest in recent months, hit multiple locations, including Tel Aviv, Israel’s capital, where at least seven people were injured.

The Israeli military stated that some of the rockets were intercepted by its defense system.

Israel’s emergency services reported that seven individuals, including a 60-year-old man in critical condition, a 23-year-old man, and a 70-year-old woman who suffered smoke inhalation from a fire, were treated.

In Haifa, a rocket struck a residential building, putting it at risk of collapse. Additionally, the Palestinian Red Crescent in the West Bank reported 13 injuries caused by damage to homes in Tulkarem due to an interceptor missile hitting the area.

Meanwhile, two days ago, Israel bombed central Beirut without warning. According to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health, at least 29 people were killed and 67 injured in the attack.

Yesterday, new airstrikes targeted southern Beirut in the Dahiyeh area, which the Israeli military claimed were aimed at Hezbollah command centers.
