Recently, Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate in Farmani, has hired people in offices based on kinships and personalrelationships.
The decree issued on Saturday (March 18) said that so far, those people employed in the offices on the basis of kinship belongings are insecapable.
“According to Decree No. 30, all officials of the ministries and independent directorates have been directed to refrain from hiring to the duties of individuals, based on kinship and personal relationships separately,” the decree said.
The decree states: “The authorities of all emirate agencies, if they have appointed one or more of their sons in the office under their umbrella, after the notification of this decree, their sons are in disarray and instead they should be assigned other people.
The ruling comes as the Independent Administrative Reform Commission (IHRC) has held several tests to recruit people in government offices, but no specific report has been released of people close to cabinet ministers in the departments.
