Islamic Emirate’s Reception of World Bank Report; Let the Global Community See Economic Progress
Bayan News – The Economic Deputy of the Kabul Interim Government, while welcoming the recent World Bank report, has announced that if the international community engages in positive interaction, Afghanistan will make significant progress in the economic sector.
The World Bank has recently released a report on the economic situation in Afghanistan, highlighting progress in areas such as food production, monetary stability, import tariffs on food items, banking system, and other economic matters.
In the statement issued by the Economic Deputy of the Kabul Interim Government, the World Bank report was welcomed and it was stated that economic progress is a reality and the world should not turn a blind eye to it.
According to the statement, “The Islamic Emirate believes that if the international community engages in positive interaction, removes restrictions, and frees Afghanistan’s frozen capital, then Afghanistan will make significant progress in the economic sector.”
The Economic Deputy of the Kabul Interim Government, in this statement, has called on all international organizations to see the economic progress of Afghanistan that is taking place every day and at the same time, the global community will be aware of the real situation and progress made in Afghanistan.
The Islamic Emirate still asks the World Bank to restart and complete projects that were partially funded by the bank.
