Meeting between Mawlawi Abdul Kabir and British Diplomat in Kabul; Afghanistan is a Friend of Britain
Bayan News – Recently, diplomats from Western countries, including Britain and Italy, have arrived in Kabul and held meetings and discussions with officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, the Chargé d’Affaires of the British Embassy for Afghanistan has stated that Kabul is a friend of Britain.
On Thursday evening (December 14), the Arg newspaper reported that Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the political deputy of the government’s cabinet, met with Robert Chatterton Dickson, the Chargé d’Affaires of the British Embassy for Afghanistan, to discuss Afghanistan-Britain relations.
According to the newsletter, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir added to the British diplomat that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan seeks good and constructive relations with Britain and other global countries.
The political deputy of the government’s cabinet of Afghanistan emphasized that pressure on the country does not yield results and emphasized that all issues should be resolved through interaction and dialogue.
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir also stated that Afghanistan’s seat in the United Nations should be handed over to the Islamic Emirate, and that certain individuals and circles outside the country have launched negative propaganda.
In the meeting with the Chargé d’Affaires of the British Embassy, he clearly stated, “We expect countries of the world to send their representatives to Afghanistan to see the positive image in various fields in this country.”
Meanwhile, according to the Arg newsletter, the Chargé d’Affaires of the British Embassy for Afghanistan stated that after the release of British citizens by the Islamic Emirate, a good opportunity for dialogue has been created.
The Chargé d’Affaires of the British Embassy for Afghanistan also added that Britain is a friend of Afghanistan, and London is demanding security and stability in Afghanistan.
Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan also announced that Amir Khan Mateqi had a meeting and discussion with the Chargé d’Affaires of the Italian Embassy for Afghanistan at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters.
