Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Invites Maulana Fazlur Rahman to Kabul

Bayan News – Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the caretaker government in Kabul, confirms that Maulana Fazlur Rahman, the leader of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam party of Pakistan, has been invited to Kabul.
The spokesperson for the caretaker government in Kabul stated in an audio recording on Monday (December 17) that the purpose of inviting Maulana Fazlur Rahman is to prevent negative propaganda and to make the realities known to the people of Pakistan.
In the audio recording, he stated, “Maulana Fazlur Rahman can enlighten the people of Pakistan so that the propaganda and some propaganda activities do not create a negative perception among the general public in that country.”
Meanwhile, the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam party of Pakistan has also announced that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has sent a special message to Maulana Fazlur Rahman.
The message from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was delivered to the leader of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam party of Pakistan by Sardar Ahmad Shukoor, the Afghan ambassador to Pakistan.
Maulana Fazlur Rahman is invited to Kabul at a time when relations between Kabul and Islamabad have deteriorated due to increasing insecurity within Pakistan.
Pakistani authorities claim that armed groups launch attacks inside Pakistan using Afghan soil, an allegation that has consistently been denied by the caretaker government in Kabul.
