Insecurity in Afghanistan: Simultaneous Explosions Occur in Kabul and Balkh Provinces

Bayan News – Sources have reported simultaneous explosions in the provinces of Kabul and Balkh on Friday (January 11), stating that several citizens of these provinces have been killed and injured in these explosions.

A source told Beyan News that an explosion occurred in front of the “Burji Center” located in western Kabul, resulting in injuries to several individuals.

Video footage of the incident has been circulating on social media, showing individuals covered in blood lying on the ground.

Security officials in Kabul city state that forces have arrived at the scene of the incident.

So far, the nature of this explosion has not been determined, and no group has claimed responsibility for it.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that an explosion occurred at the entrance gate of Balkh in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif.

The nature of the explosion and the casualties resulting from this incident have not yet been determined.

It should be noted that in recent days, explosions have occurred in Kabul and Herat provinces, for which the ISIS group has claimed responsibility.
