Columbia University has initiated the suspension of students protesting against Israel’s war in Gaza

Bayan News – According to international media reports, Columbia University has announced that it has begun suspending students who support Palestine and protest against Israel’s war in Gaza.

Officials at Columbia University stated on Monday (April 29th) that these students refrained from dismantling their protest tents in the New York campus plaza.

Afterwards, Columbia University made the decision to suspend the students from their studies after negotiations with protest organizers failed to yield results after several days.

In recent days, approximately one hundred protesting students at Columbia University were arrested, leading to the spread of protests to a significant number of universities across the United States.
