The ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon has been implemented

Bayan News – International media reported that the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon came into effect early Wednesday morning (November 27).

This agreement, mediated by the United States and France, was designed to establish a permanent cessation of violence.

According to Reuters, with the implementation of the ceasefire, there has been a large-scale movement of vehicles toward southern regions of Lebanon.

Under this agreement, the Lebanese army will regain control of its territory within the next 60 days.

It is also planned that the Israeli army will gradually withdraw from Lebanon, allowing war refugees on the Israel-Lebanon border to return to their homes.

Shortly before the ceasefire was implemented in Lebanon, regional media reported Israeli airstrikes on the cities of Aita al-Shaab, Qouzah, and Hanin in southern Lebanon, as well as the Bekaa Valley in the east of the country.

The Israeli cabinet had previously approved this ceasefire.
