Russia’s Official: No Sign of Establishment of Inclusive Government in Afghanistan
Bayan News – While the two-day meeting of Islamic Emirate officials and US special representatives is being held in Qatar, Moscow officials are dissatisfied with the lack of an inclusive government in Afghanistan.
Zamir Kabulov, Russia’s special representative for Afghanistan, said in an interview with TASS that the formation of an inclusive government will be the focus of the next Moscow format meeting.
According to Kabulov, participants in the Moscow format meeting will discuss the creation of a government of national unity.
However, over the past two years, four Moscow format meetings have been held with the presence of senior Islamic Emirate officials.
But the interim government officials in Kabul have always stated that the current government is comprehensive and inclusive, and representatives of all ethnic groups in the country are present in it.
