Bayan News – Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, stated in a declaration on the occasion of Afghanistan’s independence that the current system is committed to safeguarding its religious, ideological, and cultural values, which have been achieved through sacrifices, and it does not allow anyone to seize its pride and values.
Today, August 19th, marks the 104th anniversary of Afghanistan’s independence, and on this day, the Afghan people drove out British forces and achieved their independence.
In this regard, Mr. Mujahid stated in the declaration that the Afghan people have demonstrated that this country is invincible through the defeat of British, former Soviet, and NATO colonialism. The people of Afghanistan, as strong, united Muslims, are in love with independence.
The declaration states, “The faithful people of Afghanistan have always remained oppressed and have never intended to harm other countries and nations. Unfortunately, other superpowers have violated their rights and freedoms, which has had no result and, on the contrary, has made the aggressors regret their actions with the help of the Almighty.”
Zabihullah Mujahid added that the Islamic Emirate believes in maintaining healthy relations with regional and global countries based on Islamic law as an independent and legitimate system. Just as it has never intended to commit oppression or harm anyone, it also wishes that others choose such a policy in which the well-being and success of everyone are concealed.
