Bayan News – Sayed Hussain Alemi Balkhi, the head of the Darul Anshayi Council of Shia Scholars in Afghanistan, considers the establishment of Provincial Scholars Councils by the Islamic Emirate unfair and far from being inclusive.
He raises these concerns as recently, Mullah Habatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate, created separate Scholars Councils for the twelve provinces of Afghanistan, specifically for Sunni scholars.
In response to this move by the leader of the Islamic Emirate, the head of the Darul Anshayi Council of Shia Scholars in Afghanistan added that such actions further deepen the divisions.
Balkh Scholar urges the leader of the Islamic Emirate to reconsider this decision.
