The Taliban Break Silence and Condemn Israeli Attacks on Lebanon

Bayan News – On Tuesday (October 1), the Taliban’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement condemning Israel’s attacks on Lebanon, calling the country’s actions contrary to international principles and ethical standards.

The ministry stated that the lack of serious action by world countries regarding the genocide in Palestine and Israel’s airstrikes on Lebanon is unjustifiable.

The Taliban government of Afghanistan urged regional and global countries to take serious and joint action to quickly prevent Israel’s aggression against Lebanon.

The Taliban’s Foreign Ministry statement made no mention of Hezbollah or the reported death of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

This marks the first time the Taliban’s Foreign Ministry has reacted to Israel’s invasion of Lebanon, and the delay in their response had raised questions among the Afghan public.
