Afghanistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs: “Islamic Emirate Supports the Legitimate Rights of Palestinians”
Bayan News – In response to the surprise attack by Palestinians on Israeli settlements, Afghanistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declared that the Islamic Emirate supports the legitimate and historical rights of Palestinians.
The ministry stated in a newsletter on Saturday evening (October 7th) that it closely monitors the recent events in the Gaza Strip and considers such incidents to be a result of the violation of Palestinian rights by Israeli Zionists.
The newsletter states, “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan closely monitors the recent events in the Gaza Strip and considers the occurrence of such incidents as a result of the violation of the rights of the oppressed Palestinian people by Israeli Zionists and the repeated insults and disrespect towards Muslim holy sites. It recognizes any form of defense and resistance by the Palestinian people as their legitimate right for the liberation of their land and sacred places.”
Afghanistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs further added that the Islamic Emirate supports the legitimate, historical, and legal rights of the Palestinian people to have an independent state in their historical land of Palestine.
The interim Kabul government also called on Islamic countries, Islamic organizations, the international community, and particularly influential regional countries to prevent the violence of Israeli forces against the Palestinian people and to devise effective strategies in this regard.
On Saturday morning, Palestinian paramilitaries carried out a surprise attack on Israeli settlements from land and air, capturing dozens of Israeli soldiers.
Hamas commanders have confirmed the attack on Israeli settlements and announced that they have launched nearly five thousand missiles at Israel.
It should be noted that Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, stated in a statement that Israel is engaged in a war with Palestine.
