The Israeli army attacked dozens of Hezbollah financial locations in Lebanon

Bayan News – The Israeli army has announced that it targeted dozens of headquarters and locations in southern Lebanon where Hezbollah’s funds were stored.

In a statement, the Israeli army said that this attack took place last night (October 20) in southern Lebanon.

According to published reports, hundreds of Beirut residents left their homes on Sunday night after several explosions were heard across the Lebanese capital.

Witnesses told Reuters that they observed at least ten explosions.

According to the witnesses, a building in the Chiyah neighborhood in the southern suburbs of Beirut was reduced to rubble, and a small number of locals managed to flee before the explosion.

There is no immediate information regarding the cause of the explosions or further details about casualties.

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that they were targeting banks and financial institutions affiliated with Hezbollah and the Islamic Republic of Iran in southern Beirut.

The ministry also mentioned that Hezbollah’s financial system had been destroyed.
