Taliban: Our Diplomatic Relations Expanding Every Day

Bayan News – Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Taliban, stated that in recent days, diplomatic representatives from Russia, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and the European Union have traveled to Kabul and held talks with Taliban officials.

Mujahid wrote on the X platform last night (April 24) that the Taliban’s diplomatic relations with regional and global countries are expanding and gaining effectiveness.

The Taliban spokesperson continued, “These efforts reflect the active functioning of the diplomatic apparatus and, in general, aim to ensure comprehensive relations for the Islamic Emirate.”

He emphasized that the claims made by some opponents of the Taliban, suggesting that Afghanistan is becoming isolated and its economy is deteriorating, have all proven to be incorrect.

Mujahid wrote, “It is now evident that Afghanistan is taking positive steps both politically and economically, and these efforts will further intensify and accelerate.”
